Opening Up
I feel very vulnerable opening up but I can’t sell this coffee without sharing with you what it really means to me.
This coffee is the result of the experiment of exploring the true reach of my life. I want to know who is inside me, who is the man inside the man.
Our DNA
The objective of Troubardour is to share the coffee of our farm with great people. I want our coffee to bring inspiration and joy the people that come into our world. The taste of Costa Rica is not just an expression, it is literally what you will taste when you drink our coffee.
Once Upon a Time
It all started once upon a time when my cocktail bar trailer the unique and very beautiful Troubardour (a story that merits its own post) crash landed on a small and beautiful coffee farm in the green mountains of San Ramón, Costa Rica. (It was pretty much like a shipwreck, but with a cocktail bar on wheels.)
