The objective of Troubardour is to share the coffee of our farm with great people. I want our coffee to bring inspiration and joy the people that come into our world. “The Taste of Costa Rica” is not just an expression, it is literally what you will taste when you drink our coffee. The taste of a place where times goes slower, nature is rich and alive and flowing through you. Costa Rica is a place that tickles your soul and makes you ask, "Am I living my ultimate life?"
The construction of our new world begins with great coffee and that is why we have created a company with a solid foundation which I'd like to share with you;
These are my internal core beliefs. Essentially this is the company constitution and whenever I have to make a business decision I simply refer to this and use it as compass to get any answer I might need.
We enjoy the ride.
This company exists and operates in the present moment. That is all there really is and ever will be.
Living and enjoying the process is an important corporate policy because it is part of a sustainable way of life which leads to a sustainable business.
We set out very specific objectives and meticulously plan our steps but we see them as a navigation chart rather than a point in the future where we will be happier.

We take care of our coffee plants and the plants take care of us. We are building a regenerative sustainable business and we are going to take great care of our land, the true soul of Troubardour Coffee.
